| In the presence of the Deputy Intendant General: V.Ill.Kt Frederick E. Hargreaves, P.G.H. Chanc., in a very moving ceremony Eminent Knight Trevor Jones was Consecrated as Viceroy and P.Kt. George Bradshaw Newell Enthroned as Most Puissant Sovereign. | |

| Em. Kt. Jones was Consecrated as Viceroy by P. Kt. William Wilding and Ill. Kt. Peter Schofield, then Ill.Kt Arthur Jolley Enthroned P. Kt. Newell into the chair of Most Puissant Sovereign, everyone in the Conclave helped in the ceremony to make it a very memorable night for P. Kt. Newell who had made a remarkable effort to be there after his recent serious illness. V. Ill.Kt. Hargreaves commented on how this proved the Christian way of our Order and wished P. Kt. Newell a speedy return to good health in the future. |
